In 1993, Blanka, together with her family, rehabilitated the old pottery factory of José Ortiz de Zárate and turned it into the Museum-Workshop of Basque Pottery. An expert in traditional ceramics, in addition to attending to the museum visits, she produces her own line of ceramics and runs courses.
